Our Services Include

EEO & Diversity Training

We conduct EEO & Diversity training for screening/search committees in person or via video call, which satisfies legal compliance and best practices. The training is intended to help employers hire talent efficiently, effectively, and equitably. The training is customized to include your organization’s hiring policies/procedures, and processes specifically designed to conduct a professional recruitment process that leaves applicants feeling positive about the employer even if they didn’t get the job.

Candidate Sourcing

We source candidates for executive and hard-to-fill positions – not just with a database; our work includes exposing the job opportunity by directly contacting hundreds of potential applicants with professional profiles aligned with the organization’s ideal candidate profile.

Screening

When screening and having our CLS team’s HR experts carefully review each candidate’s application, CLS can either use internal systems or use your organization’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), allowing a smoother process and ensuring that the minimum qualifications are satisfied before the applicant advances in the process.

Developing Criteria & Rubrics

We assist the organization as needed to develop specific criteria/rubrics to effectively and equitably screen/evaluate applications and conduct candidate interviews with relevant questions directly relating to the duties and requirements stated in the job description.
